What is a Low-Pressue Sewer System?

A Low Pressure Sewer Systems moves wastewater from your home to the regional wastewater treatment facility. Unlike a gravity connection, it uses a septic tank and a small pump located at each house to move wastewater through the transmission system.

How do I purchase a lot?

What if the home I want to build doesn’t fit the guideline?

The main purpose of the Architectural Guideline is to ensure a beautiful neighbourhood. Since the guideline cannot cover every architectural style, the developer can approve a non-confirming plan, so long as it meets their general requirements for a beautiful plan. Please send a copy of your plan to Greg Michie Realty Group for pre-approval.
